The work of conscience
The conscience of fallen human beings is often mistaken (it needs to be educated by the Word of God) and often sleepy (it needs to be awakened by the Spirit of God). True also, some people deny that they have any sense of sin, insisting at the same time that everything is relative now, for there are no moral absolutes anymore. Do not believe them. For by creation God still endows all human beings with a moral sense, which our inherited fallenness has distorted but not destroyed. Unless and until people so violate and smother their conscience as to 'cauterize' it (a word Paul uses in 1 Tim. 4:2) or render it insensitive, it continues to trouble them. They know they are sinful and guilty, however much they may protest to the contrary.

I received the above from a godly friend and I am very much interested in participating in the prayer and fasting program. My name is Azimoon Mohammed (Ms.) from the island of Trinidad in the West Indies and I became a Christian in 2010. I have been doing prayer and fasting and just completed a 14 day prayer marathon. I have a lot of problems in my life and sometimes feel as though I am fighting myself and I even believe that I don't pray with enough faith. I have seen and witnessed the Lord's blessings in my life especially financial blessings and with my home life but I have been praying for a failed relationship and have not seen any results. I know in my heart that the Lord will answer in His time. I also know that I want to be a more spiritually person and would appreciate if you can send me the book and the prayer and fasting regime.
I was asked to list the prayer requests:
1. The Lord to bless my children & grandchildren
2 My daughter Alisha has eye problems
3. My other daughter Nitasha has applied to the Government for a house without success
4. I would like to restore my relationship with the man that I love (Sunil Narinesingh). I know that he is the man that I would like to spend the rest of my life with and due to my jealousy and insecurity, I destroyed and pushed him away. I would very much like to have it restored.
5. That my finances will always be blessed.
